Already with dozens of new works, created in close collaboration with some of the most innovative composers of our time, Ensemble Schwerpunkt's goal is to expand upon the conventional tonal and instrumental possibilities of the brass repertoire.
NEWS
Schwerpunkt’s landmark Xenakis Portrait CD - a year-long collaboration with the Westdeutscher Rundfunk and Bastille Musique - is now receiving its finishing touches and will be released in early autumn. The video of our performance of Eonta with Peter Rundel and Lorenzo Soulés can be seen below.
